GOHIGHLEVEL SNAPSHOT FOR COACHES AND CONSULTANTS

GoHighLevel Coaching Snapshot for Coaches and Consultants

The GoHighLevel coaching snapshot takes a coach or consultant from first opt-in to delivered program inside one account: a lead magnet page, an application funnel, a discovery-call calendar, an enrollment pipeline, onboarding forms and a course area for clients.

What's inside

What Comes in the GoHighLevel Coaching Snapshot

The build covers the full client path, from a free resource to a finished program, without a separate course platform.

Lead Magnet Funnel

An opt-in page and thank-you page for a guide, checklist or mini-training, with a delivery email that introduces you and your method.

Application Funnel

A short application asks about goals, timeline and readiness, so the people who reach your calendar have already told you why they want help.

Discovery-Call Calendar

Qualified applicants pick a call time that fits your availability, with confirmation and reminder messages written in your tone.

Enrollment Pipeline

Every prospect is visible from application through call, proposal and payment, so follow-up never depends on memory or a notebook.

Onboarding Kit

A welcome intake survey, a coaching agreement template and a kickoff-session calendar get new clients started the same way every time.

A membership product with modules and lessons for program content, plus an offer and completion certificate you can adjust or remove.

How the GoHighLevel Coaching Snapshot Follows a Client

Coaching sales rarely happen on a checkout page. A prospect reads something free, decides you might help, applies, talks with you and only then buys. The GoHighLevel coaching snapshot gives each of those moments its own asset, so nothing relies on a spreadsheet or a separate scheduling tool.

After the sale, the same account delivers the work. Onboarding, agreements, session booking and course content live alongside the sales history, which means you can see which lead magnet produced the clients who actually finished the program.

If you are still weighing a free template against a custom build, our comparison of custom and free GoHighLevel snapshots lays out the trade-offs.

A closer look

Applications, Discovery Calls and the Enrollment Pipeline

The application is the filter that protects your calendar. It asks what the prospect wants to change, what they have tried and how soon they want to start, and anyone who skips it never sees your booking page. Your call opens with their own words in front of you.

Solo coaches get one discovery calendar. Teams can use a round robin calendar, which gives each booking to the first listed coach who is free at that time. The Enrollment pipeline then tracks every applicant through call booked, call held, proposal sent and enrolled, with a closed-lost stage that keeps the contact for future launches.

Our GoHighLevel funnels team builds the application and sales pages to match your brand rather than the generic template look.

How it works

Your Coaching Account, Live in 4 Steps

1

Offer Mapping

We document your programs, price points, call format and any course content you already have.

2

Rewrite the Build

Funnel copy, application questions, emails and the agreement template are rewritten around your offer and claims you can support.

3

Load and Connect

We import the snapshot, then connect your domain, payment processor, video meeting link and texting registration.

4

Dry Run

We apply as a test prospect, book a call, enroll and open the course so you see the client experience end to end.

Onboarding, Agreements and Getting Paid

The gap between "yes" and the first session is where new clients feel either looked after or forgotten. Once a prospect reaches the enrolled stage, the snapshot moves them into the Client Journey pipeline and sends a welcome sequence with three things: the coaching agreement, the intake survey and a link to book the kickoff session.

The agreement is a Documents and Contracts template, so clients can review and sign it online without a separate e-signature subscription. We supply a plain structure covering scope, session format, rescheduling and refunds, but the actual terms must come from you and your attorney, because refund and cancellation rules vary by state and by offer.

Payment pieces depend on your own processor. The sales page and offer are built and waiting, yet they cannot take money until Stripe or another supported gateway is connected in your account. Coaches who bill in installments usually prefer invoices with a payment plan, which we configure during setup rather than inside the snapshot.

Recurring session calendars, mid-program check-ins and an end-of-program feedback survey round out the delivery side. A renewal invitation goes out near the end of the engagement, timed by you rather than by a fixed rule.

Course Delivery Through Memberships

HighLevel's membership area hosts courses built from modules and lessons, with drip scheduling and progress tracking. HighLevel's snapshot documentation lists membership products, membership offers, certificates and webinars among the assets that copy across, so the program shell arrives ready for your material.

What arrives empty is the class list. Contacts never transfer in a snapshot, so no members or enrollments come with the build. We also confirm after loading that every lesson's video and download points at your own files, since the help center does not spell out how hosted lesson media behaves.

Income Claims, Testimonials and the FTC

Coaching marketing draws regulators' attention when it promises money. In October 2021 the FTC sent a notice of penalty offenses on money-making claims to companies including business coaching firms. It identifies false or misleading statements that participants will make a profit, or that the profits shown are typical, as unlawful.

For that reason the snapshot's pages and emails contain no income figures, client revenue screenshots or "replace your salary" headlines. Testimonial spots are left as placeholders, and we ask you to use only real client words that reflect what clients generally achieve.

✓  Describe the process and the support, not a dollar outcome
✓  Keep any results claim tied to evidence you can produce
✓  Avoid fake countdowns and "only two spots left" pressure that is not true

This is general information, not legal advice; confirm with counsel.

Snapshot Limits and Installation

HighLevel's snapshots overview confirms that contacts, appointments, conversations, Stripe connections and other integrations stay behind. Your domain, sending numbers, A2P registration and calendar video link are set up fresh, and funnel pages wait in draft until the domain is connected.

Agencies can apply the build to a new sub-account or load selected assets into an existing one, deciding for each conflict whether to override or skip. HighLevel offers no undo for an applied snapshot, only manual deletion of single items, so a trial run in a spare sub-account is the safer habit. Our installation guide for snapshots covers both paths.

What does a GoHighLevel coaching snapshot include?

Ours includes lead magnet and application funnels, a program sales page, discovery, kickoff and session calendars, an enrollment pipeline and a client-journey pipeline, intake and feedback surveys, a coaching agreement template, nurture and reminder messages, and a course shell with modules, lessons, an offer and a certificate. Everything is rewritten for your program before loading.

Can I host my coaching course inside GoHighLevel?

Yes. HighLevel memberships host courses made of modules and lessons, with drip release and progress tracking. Membership products, offers and certificates copy across in a snapshot, so the structure arrives ready. You upload your own videos and worksheets, and no student enrollments transfer because contacts never move between accounts.

Will my Stripe account carry over with the snapshot?

No. Stripe connections and other integrations never transfer in a snapshot. Once the build is loaded, you connect your own payment processor in the new account, and only then can the sales page, offers and invoices take payments. We test a real or test-mode transaction before launch.

Why does the snapshot leave out income claims?

The FTC has warned business coaching firms that false or misleading claims about profits, or presenting unusual profits as typical, are unlawful. Rather than ship headlines you may not be able to support, the templates describe your process and support. You can add evidence-backed results later after legal review.

Does it work for a coaching team instead of a solo coach?

Yes. Discovery calls can run on a round robin calendar that gives each booking to the first available coach in the list. The enrollment pipeline shows who owns each prospect, and the client-journey pipeline lets a program manager see where every client sits without opening individual conversations.

How is a coaching snapshot installed?

Agencies receive a share link and can apply it when creating a sub-account or load chosen assets into an existing one. Business owners usually let us import it. Either way, domain, numbers and texting registration are set up afterwards. Our installation guide explains each route.
