GOHIGHLEVEL SNAPSHOT FOR PRESSURE WASHING
GoHighLevel Pressure Washing Snapshot for Exterior Cleaning Companies
Our GoHighLevel pressure washing snapshot is a ready-made account build for house wash, concrete and roof soft wash companies that want priced quote requests, booked jobs and yearly return business without assembling it from scratch.
What's inside
What the GoHighLevel Pressure Washing Snapshot Puts in Place
These are the named assets in the build, described by what they do for a wash company rather than how they are wired.
Surface Quote Form
Visitors pick siding, driveway, roof, deck or fence and enter rough sizes, and the form shows a starting figure built from your own rates.
Add-On Offer Page
The confirmation page after a quote suggests the surfaces the customer skipped, priced as a bundle you define, while they are still deciding.
Wash Booking Calendar
Customers who accept a price choose an open slot on a calendar sized to your crew count and typical job length.
HOA and Commercial Board
Bids for associations, property managers and storefronts get their own pipeline so slow approvals never bury fast residential jobs.
Rain-Delay Notice
A prewritten postponement message lets the office tell the day's customers about a weather call and offer new dates in one send.
Return-Visit Reminders
Past customers hear from you when the surface you cleaned is due again, plus a review request after each finished job.

What the GoHighLevel Pressure Washing Snapshot Installs
In HighLevel terms, a snapshot is a reusable copy of one account's configuration, ready to drop into a different sub-account. New to the concept? Our explainer on how a GoHighLevel snapshot works covers the basics. The GoHighLevel pressure washing snapshot below is our own build spec. Every listed item is created in the template account, then reworded around your services before delivery, so the names you see in your account match how your crew talks.

Quoting by Surface, Then Selling the Rest of the Property
Exterior cleaning is priced by what gets cleaned and how big it is. The surface quote form asks the visitor to tick the areas they want and enter rough measurements or story count, and the form's calculation produces a starting figure from the rates you supply during setup.
The figure is a range or a starting price, never a binding quote, and the wording on the form says so. Odd jobs, such as rust from well water or a fragile tile roof, go to the photo-assisted request instead, where the homeowner attaches pictures and your estimator replies with a firm number.
Right after a quote is submitted, the confirmation page shows the surfaces the visitor did not pick, priced as a bundle. That page is the cheapest moment to grow the ticket, because the customer has already decided to hire someone. For the wider sales strategy behind these forms, see our pressure washing CRM page.
A closer look
Homeowner Jobs and Association Bids Move at Different Speeds
A homeowner usually decides within days. An HOA or property manager may need a site walk, proof of insurance, a written scope covering several buildings and a board vote. Mixing both on one board hides stalled residential quotes behind bids that are simply waiting on a meeting.
The snapshot therefore ships with two pipelines. Residential stages run from quote requested to booked, completed and reviewed. The commercial board runs from inquiry to site walk, proposal sent, board review and awarded, with a site-walk calendar so property walk-throughs never collide with wash days.
Commercial pages and the bid request form use the language managers expect: number of buildings, common areas, preferred service months and who signs off. That saves a round of email before a proposal can even be written.
How it works
Your Wash Snapshot, Installed in 4 Steps
1
Rate Sheet
We collect your surfaces, per-unit rates, minimum ticket, bundle prices and service area.
2
Tailor Assets
We rename pipelines, adjust form pricing, rewrite templates and swap in your photos and brand.
3
Load and Connect
We install it in your sub-account, or send it to your agency account, and hook up your domain and number.
4
Test Run
We push a sample quote through to a booked and reviewed job and walk your office through it.
Rain, Freezing Mornings and the Repeat-Clean Calendar
HighLevel does not watch the forecast for you, so the call to postpone stays with the owner. What the snapshot adds is a ready message for that call: one send tells the affected customers the day is off and invites them to pick a new slot, and their replies land in a single inbox.
Return business is the other half of the model. Siding, flatwork and roofs collect grime again, so each finished job records its service date and the customer later gets a reminder in your voice, timed to the cleaning interval you recommend.
Spring reminder sends go only to people who agreed to hear from you. Marketing texts generally need prior consent under federal law, and business texting from a local number needs A2P 10DLC registration; this is general information, not legal advice; confirm with counsel.
What Will Not Come Across in the Import
HighLevel's snapshots overview states that a snapshot copies setup, not live data. Customer records, booked appointments, inbox threads, reputation data, Stripe and other connected apps, and numbers assigned to Voice AI agents all stay behind.
Your customer list
imported separately, with opt-out status kept.
Phone number and A2P registration
set up per account, not inside the template.
Domain and DNS
connected after the load so pages can go live.
Payments and job software
Stripe, Jobber or any paid app is reconnected in your account.
Ad spend
campaigns can be templated, but budgets are yours.
Agency Install or Owner Install
HighLevel says a sub-account built from a snapshot receives its funnels and websites as drafts, and nothing goes live until you attach a custom domain and publish. Its guide to creating a sub-account from a snapshot also warns that an applied snapshot cannot be unloaded.
Agencies receive the finished build in their agency account and can spin up a new client account from it or apply it to one already running, deciding for each clashing asset whether it overwrites or gets skipped. Wash company owners can leave the load, domain and phone connection to us.
Our snapshot installation guide explains both routes. If you are comparing this build with a free download, read custom vs free GoHighLevel snapshots first, and check any seller's template for consent wording and opt-out handling before it texts a single customer.
Questions and answers
GoHighLevel Pressure Washing Snapshot FAQs
Straight answers before you book a call. Have a question that is not covered here? Ask us directly.
Which assets come in the GoHighLevel pressure washing snapshot?
Ours includes residential and HOA/commercial pipelines, a surface quote form, a photo-assisted request form, booking and site-walk calendars, service pages, a quote confirmation page with an add-on offer, rain-delay, repeat-clean and review templates, and a reporting dashboard. Each asset is renamed and repriced for your company before it is installed.
Can the snapshot show customers a price before they call?
Yes, as a starting figure. HighLevel forms can run calculations, so the quote form totals the surfaces and sizes a visitor enters using the rates you give us. The form explains that the number is an estimate, and unusual jobs are routed to a photo request for a firm price.
Does it work for soft washing roofs as well as pressure washing?
Yes. Roof soft wash has its own service page and quote option, and you choose whether it is priced from the form or only by photo review. Many roof jobs depend on pitch, material and staining, so some companies prefer to price them by hand.
Will it replace Jobber or my scheduling software?
Not necessarily. The snapshot focuses on winning quotes, bids, reminders and reviews. If crews and invoices already run in Jobber or a similar tool, that can stay. Integrations do not carry over in any snapshot, so any connection between the two is scoped and set up afterward.
Do I still need A2P registration after installing it?
Yes. A2P 10DLC registration belongs to your account and phone number, so it cannot ride along in a template. Until it is approved, carriers may filter your texts. Our A2P 10DLC registration service prepares and submits that filing for exterior cleaning companies.
How soon can the wash snapshot be live?
The schedule hinges on your number of services and pricing rules, and on how quickly domain, phone and registration details arrive. We give you a firm date after the rate-sheet call, once we know your scope. Package options are explained on our GoHighLevel setup pricing page.
