Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Agreement
These terms apply to everyone who uses gohighlevelusa.com and to every client who hires GoHighLevel USA, referred to below as we, us, or our, for a project. By using our website or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or our services.
What we do
We build and set up systems on the GoHighLevel platform. This includes websites, sales funnels, snapshots, automations, pipelines, forms, calendars, and the training and support that goes with them. We are an independent agency. We are not owned by, or part of, HighLevel Inc. GoHighLevel is their product and their trademark, and your use of the platform is governed by their own terms.
How a project works
- We agree what we are building in a written proposal or quote.
- You approve it and pay the deposit.
- We build the work and share it with you for review.
- You give feedback, we make changes, and we agree the work is finished.
- We hand over the system and the final payment becomes due.
The proposal is the detailed agreement for your project. If anything in the proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and, unless we say otherwise, do not include taxes.
- We usually ask for 50 percent before starting and the rest on completion.
- Invoices are due within 7 days.
- If an invoice is more than 14 days late, we may pause work until it is paid.
- Monthly fees, such as support or management, are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Your own GoHighLevel subscription is paid by you directly to HighLevel and is not included in our fees unless we have written that it is.
What we need from you
To deliver on time, we need you to:
- Give us your content, logo, images, and access details when we ask for them
- Reply to questions and review work within a reasonable time
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, or logos you send us
- Keep your own account details safe
If we are waiting on you, timelines move back by the same amount of time. If a project is on hold for more than 30 days because we are waiting on you, we may invoice for the work completed so far.
Revisions
Revisions are included during the project until you are happy with the work, as long as the requests stay within what the proposal describes. New pages, new features, or a change of direction after approval count as extra work and will be quoted separately.
Timelines
We give honest timelines and we work hard to meet them. Dates in a proposal are our best estimate, not a guarantee. Delays caused by you, by outside tools, or by anything beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Who owns what
- Your content, meaning your text, logos, images, and customer data, stays yours at all times.
- Once you have paid in full, the pages, funnels, and automations we built for you are yours to use, edit, and keep.
- The templates, code libraries, and internal methods we use to build things stay ours. You get to use the finished result, not to resell our underlying tools.
- The GoHighLevel account and everything inside it belongs to you. If you leave us, you keep it.
We may show your finished project in our portfolio or on our website unless you ask us in writing not to.
Support
Support after launch is included as described in your proposal. It covers fixing things that do not work as agreed and answering questions about how to use your system. It does not cover new features, redesigns, or problems caused by changes someone else made to your account.
Services we do not control
Your system depends on services we do not own, such as GoHighLevel, email providers, payment processors, and phone carriers. If one of them changes, breaks, or shuts down, we will help you find a way forward, but we are not responsible for their outages, price changes, or policy changes.
What we do not promise
We build systems designed to bring in leads and save you time, and we are good at it. But we cannot promise a specific number of leads, sales, rankings, or revenue. Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your follow up, and many things outside our hands.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our work is limited to the amount you have paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data, lost business, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the agreement
Either of us can end a project in writing at any time.
- If you end it, you pay for all work completed up to that date, and any deposit already paid is not returned.
- If we end it, we will hand over everything completed and refund anything you have paid for work not yet started.
We may also end the agreement immediately if you are abusive to our team, ask us to do something illegal, or leave an invoice unpaid for more than 30 days.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website, or anything we build for you, to send spam, break the law, mislead people, or infringe someone else rights. If you do, we may stop work immediately and without a refund.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you accept a proposal is the one that applies to your project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of West Virginia.
